You may return most new, unworn, and unused items with their original packaging (meaning their respective shoebox) intact within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (meaning we sent an incorrect size, color, or product) or a manufacturer defect. Please do not return non-defective items without their original packaging intact, if they have been worn outside, or if they have any signs of usage. Unfortunately, in those instances we cannot reshelve these items and thus cannot refund them either. If you are at all unsure of the size please wear them lightly indoors for a day or two to be sure the fit is right.

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
You should expect to receive your refund within 2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, you typically will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive the returned item(s) from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 7 business days).
We offer free shipping for orders over $99 in the Continental US. We can also ship internationally. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Please also note that the international shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
